If due to any reason, you receive wrong/incomplete order or damaged product, you are requested to
trigger us an email at infosixxgallery@gmail.com .in with copy of invoice/receipt and clear pictures
of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request after 48 hours will not be entertained.
If you receive the wrong product.
● If the product has a major defect or damage.
● If the product arrives damaged.
● If the product doesn’t suit your décor (refund as store credits after deducting return
shipping charges).
● Refunds are issued as Sixx Gallery Store Credits only.
● Credits are valid for 1 year and can be used online or in-store.
● No cash, card, or bank refunds are offered.
1. Refunds are processed only after quality inspection.
2. If the product fails inspection or is damaged, no refund will be issued.
3. Replacement items are final sale – no further return or exchange.
● Returns for reasons other than defects or damage are reviewed case by case.
● If approved, you may receive store credit or an exchange.
● Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
