Return & Replacement Policy
You can request a return or replacement if:
● A wrong product has been delivered.
● The product has a major manufacturing defect or quality issue (minor natural imperfections are not considered defects).
● The product is damaged on arrival.
● The product does not match your expected décor (refund will be issued as store credits after deducting reverse logistics charges). Return Shipping Charges
● Products above ₹5,000 (MRP): 10% of MRP
● Products below ₹5,000 (MRP): Flat ₹500 Refunds
● Issued as Sixx Gallery Store Credits only.
● Valid for 1 year, redeemable online or in-store.
● No cash, card, or bank refunds.
Notes
1. Refunds are processed only after quality inspection.
2. If a product fails inspection or arrives damaged, no refund will be issued.
3. Replacement items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged further.
