Return Process

● Returns are applicable within 24 days of delivery, for damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products only.

● Timeline starts from the delivery date confirmed by our courier partners.

Steps:

1. Raise a return request at info@sixxgallery.in or WhatsApp +91 8121149220.

2. Preserve and repack the product in its original packaging.

3. Share videos & images of re-packing with our team. ○ Returns won’t be accepted without original packaging.

4. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (2–3 working days; delivery back to our warehouse takes 7–10 days).

5. The refund process starts within 2–3 days after quality clearance. Customers must also share photos/videos of the final packed product before handover to the courier.

Points to Remember

● Products must include tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, invoice, shipping label, etc.

● Product must be unused and in original condition.

● Customers may need to print 3 documents for handover to the pickup agent.
